Who We Are

Hi, we’re Imin and Ben! We’re a couple from Malaysia, but Twizel has been home for 10 years. It all started with a food truck, and the love of good food and good company. Now, we get to share that love at The Vier Project with a wonderful team.

You’ll find a little bit of everything on our menu: familiar local favourites and Asian-inspired dishes. Come as you are—whether you’ve spent the day exploring, you’re out for dinner with the family, or you just don’t feel like cooking tonight.

Our Ohau Hospitality crew comes from different corners of the world. Each person brings their own skills, culture and personality, and our chefs bring their own flavours and ideas to the table. We couldn’t do it without the team, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
